When will my order arrive?

Products are shipped from our international warehouses depending on the proximity of your shipping address.

Due to the ever changing COVID-19 situation around the world, your order might take anywhere from 12 to 26 business days to reach you.

Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.

We are partnered with Fedex, UPS, DHL or your local courier for the last mile delivery depending on your shipping address provided.

We offer a Money Back Guarantee if your items are not delivered within 45 working days from shipping date.

 

Has my order been shipped yet? 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive an email when your order has been packed and shipped; please check your inbox and SPAM/Junk folder in the event it did not load to your inbox. Contact us at our support email support@trendvance.com if there are any issues.  

 

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. Please do not be alarmed if you don't receive all of your purchases at once. We appreciate your patience.

 

I need to cancel or change my order how do I this this?

We always try our best to cancel your order, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order. 

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order, but we can offer a return if this is a convenient solution for you.

 

I put the wrong address on my order, can I change it? 

If you submitted the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address. If the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do. 

 

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order 

There's a good chance that the email was delivered to your SPAM/JUNK folder, so please check there. If you still did not find it and would like it resent then please inform us as soon as possible. 

 

I was charged more than what the product was advertised?

All of our products are processed in USD. The price may be shown in your local currency when browsing, but once you checkout it will be adjusted into USD. Any additional charges you may see on your bank statement will be applied by your bank due to conversion fees and not representative of the store's prices. In addition, any import/customs duty or VAT is the customer's responsibility.

 

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it? 

When your receive your shipping confirmation email, you can email us at our support email for an update of your tracking number.

What are your shipping costs and do you provide international shipping?

YES - We Ship WORLDWIDE. We offer FREE regular rate shipping worldwide and also provide premium shipping for reasonable rates depending on speed and location.

 

How do I return my order?

If you want to return your order, please contact us at support@trendvance.com first before mailing any return items. We will not accept any returns if you ship out your return to a postal address that we do not support.
